New Construction Clean-up: New home clean-up consists of removing all construction debris and cleaning the home from the inside to the outside. Windows, woodwork, restrooms, countertops, floors and carpet etc.
Commercial Office Cleaning: Services consists of the following. Clean all restrooms, break areas, main lobbies, windows and doors, gather all trash, sweep and mop all floors and vacuum all carpets This service is available for weekly or biweekly service as well as once a month service.
Window Washing: Window washing is available weekly or biweekly. Consists of the following cleaning the interior and exterior.
Lawn Services: We will mow the lawn, weed eat, trim shrubs, remove leaves, plant shrubs of choice, weed flower beds, remove any and all debris and fertilize lawns. Fee depends on size of lawn.
Delivery Services: Deliver documents, post office runs, package pickup and delivery service, stuffing of envelopes. (Hourly Fee)
Mobile Notary: Have a document that need notizared and don't have a notary available? Give us a call and we will meet you and notarize that document for you. ($15.00 Minimum Fee)
Lunch Delivery: Need lunch delivered for the staff meeting? Choose from your favorite eatery and we will deliver to the office. (24 hour notice required for this service. Hourly fee applies and any and all fees unless meals are paid in advance).
