Express Errands saves Premier Concepts time and money!

We’ve been using Express Errands three times a week for the past eight (8) months. We were looking for a happier, healthier workplace and thought about the notion of bringing in a fresh healthy lunch. We wanted the lunch to be “on time” everyday so we could eat lunch, and still manage our business at the same time. We started looking into it , and found too often the restaurants we wanted to do business with, couldn’t commit to having lunch prepared, or delivered, at an exact time.

We met with owner Mike Sevak [Express Errands] and shared our needs. He quickly committed to the task and has been ON TIME for every delivery since starting. Mike also checks the order while the restaurant packs it, so as to keep everyone happy. We know we are going to get the right items on time. Mike has a friendly personality, and we knew when he committed to being “On Time”, he meant it.

As a result we have an office team that doesn’t have the stress of driving all over Bentonville, or Rogers, for lunch – and consequently has more of their lunch period to relax and get prepared for the remainder of their day.

Since that time some of our associates use Express Errands to do errands for them. They do it all, from picking up the dry-cleaning to delivering a local package, or dropping of a UPS or FEDEX package.

We get a GREAT SERVICE for a FAIR price. Most of all Express Errands lives up to their on-time commitment.

· $35.00 fee assessed for returned checks in addition to fees/charges imposed by banking institution.
· Mileage fee will apply after the first 25 miles.

· Squeeze in: squeezed into schedule; no restrictions, anytime within normal business hours.
· Hot Shot: emergency request with no restrictions,/deadline; within normal business hours.
· Emergency/On Call: outside of normal business hours.
