Around the House: We will cut the grass, weedeat, haul off yard waste, clean out the flower beds and do minor housecleaning, dust, clean windows, sweep and mop floors, Etc..

House Sitting / Pet Sitting: Going out of town and want to make it look like someone is at home . We will water the plants feed the animals, pickup the paper and put mail in the house and turn lights on and off and open the shades.

Dog Walking: Need the dog walked during the day call us we will do it for you.

Grocery Shopping: “Store to Door” delivered to your home or office. Imagine the groceries come to you! No running all over the store after work looking for something for dinner. Or better yet we can deliver them to your house and put them away! Hourly rate + cost of groceries.


Utilities: New in town and can't take off work to get the utilities turned on or do you just need someone to be there when the serviceman shows up for a service call. Call us we will be there in your place.

Pet to Vet: Need to get the pet to the vet and don't have the time to get them there we will be happy to help you with that as well as to the animal broading facilities.

· All Services have a one (1) hour minimum.
· Deposits may be required.
· Additional time billed in 30 minute increments.
· Cost of merchandise and/or any fee is responsibility of client.
· All Sales are final and non-refundable.
· Payment due and payable at conclusion of service unless otherwise agreed.
· $35.00 fee assessed for returned checks in addition to fees/charges imposed by banking institution.
· Mileage fee will apply after the first 10 miles.

· Same Day: schedule permits; no restrictions; anytime within normal business hours.
· Squeeze in: squeezed into schedule; no restrictions, anytime within normal business hours.
· Hot Shot: emergency request with no restrictions,/deadline; within normal business hours.
· Emergency/On Call: outside of normal business hours.
